Our dedicated team proudly announced the completion of a unique community home tailored to meet the high physical support needs of its residents, commissioned by the esteemed Nulsen Group. This collaborative effort reflected a commitment to thoughtful care and attention throughout the design and construction process, resulting in a home that aligned seamlessly with our not-for-profit client's mission. Housing five residents, the residence epitomized a sanctuary where individuals with high physical support requirements could thrive in an environment designed for both comfort and functionality. The home featured five bedrooms, a strategically placed Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) room, and a study, all meticulously planned to address the diverse needs of its occupants. The layout ensured a harmonious balance between privacy and communal spaces, fostering a sense of community. The location, chosen to enhance residents' quality of life, offered proximity to shops, cafes, parks, and community centers, further contributing to the holistic well-being of those living in this purpose-built community home. We remained committed to creating spaces that not only met the highest standards of functionality but also provided a nurturing and supportive environment for those who called it home.
