Amanda Gauci, Managing Director at Pulse Property Solutions

With a passion for property Amanda has managed developments for more than 15 years. Amanda’s property development experience combined with a business and marketing background drives her ability to continually deliver quality projects to satisfied clients. Amanda is committed to making each development a successful and rewarding experience for all involved. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business and Post-Graduate Certificate of Business Administration from Curtin University and is a current Entrepreneurs Organization member and HIA committee member.

Brain Stinson, Director at Pulse Property Solutions

Brian brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the board of Pulse. With Brian’s working life beginning in education and progressing into education marketing, he soon discovered a passion for business and branched into wider areas of commerce. With an entrepreneurial flair, Brian has established several successful small businesses and has invested in property for more than 45 years.
Brian’s property experience covers residential and commercial renovations, multi-unit development, land subdivision, rezoning and industrial development. Despite entering his golden years Brian still retains that “fire in the belly” for property which is burning stronger than ever.

Sue is an experienced Property Manager and has been working in the Real Estate Industry for over 15 years, in both the residential and commercial sectors. She is our dedicated Housing Coordinator for our Specialist Disability Accommodation homes and is very passionate about caring for people in her community. Sue also works part time as a Disability Support Worker, a role she loves dearly.

Lesley Palmer, Project Coordinator at Pulse Property Solutions

Lesley Palmer is a property and building industry professional with more than 15 years’ experience in contract administration and management. Lesley provides dedicated support to the project management, marketing and administration functions of Pulse. Lesley contributes a wealth of new ideas and is passionate about building relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors.

Andrea Perry, Marketing and Customer Experience at Pulse Property Solutions

Andrea is a sales and marketing professional with a passion for graphic design. Andrea is currently working part time as she works on her Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Digital Experience and Interaction Design and Digital and Social media. Andrea is responsible for all marketing related activities and overseas Pulse’s customer experience and engagement as well as providing support to all arms of our small dynamic business.
